To find the couch to have pet hair on it, is disgusting quite simply not give confidence that less visible areas are any better maintained. For any travellers requiring reasonable internet, do not choose to rely on the free internet, it is useless and slow. Had this been known prior to checkin, we would have re-assed our choice prior to booking. Here are the facts - first and foremost, all customers beware that the hotel will charge you 2% for the use of your credit card upon checkout. Do not stay here and do not place trust in a management team that does not respect you as a customer. Terrible front desk, terrible management, and frankly if you spend as much per night as we did and they are unwilling to make things right, then it shows that they don’t value the customers and quite frankly never will. We will choose to never stay at this hotel again.
